She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Chelsea; and her siblings, Betty Scott (late Kenneth) and Gordon Samells (late Doreen). She is survived by: her husband Gerald of Bracebridge; her children, John DeForest and Suzanne DeForest (Dean Pheonix); her grandchildren, Daniel (Kathlyn), Cody, Jason and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Luke and Sadie.
