He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Crease and Dorothy Crease (Bassant); his siblings, Fred, Dorothy, June and Jack; his wife Betty Crease (Pike); and his children, Gail Ward (Brian) and Jack Crease.
He is survived by: his sister Liz; his sons, Rick Crease (Pat) and Gary Crease (Debbie); his grandchildren, Elaine (Jean-Guy), Jenn (John), Emily, Chris (Tricia) and Julie (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Mackenzie, Gage, Reese, Lauren and Dylan.
