We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2021, at the age of 41, Daniel Church of Bracebridge, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Katrina Michele Church; his parents, Doug Church and Michele Church; his siblings, Dwayne (Sarah) and Dana (Jason); his nieces and nephews, Zane and Kobi; and his friend Alison. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no service at this time.

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Heart & Stroke Foundation https://www.heartandstroke.ca or to the Make A Wish Foundation https://makeawish.ca in Dan's name would be appreciated.
