She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Chesley John Smart; her children, Debra Roberts (Bill), Jeffrey Smart (Marsha) and Steven Smart (Sharon); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Roberts (Shannon), Heather Blackburn, Nathaniel Smart (Amanda), Kevin Smart (Samantha), Michelle Smart (Brandon) and Annalise Smart; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Brooke Roberts, Barrett, Carson Blackburn and Lillian Smart.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Pines Support Committee to honour Beulah's life and legacy.
