He was predeceased by: his father Francis Mack. He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie and Jessica; his grandchildren, Rylin, Stanley and Arthur; his siblings, David, Judy, Lora, Robert, Arthur, Shirley and Sandra; and his mother Alma Traviss.
Due to Covid restrictions, there is a limitation for the number of attendees for the Funeral Service.
