She was predeceased by: her husband William Hoy; her daughter Brenda Hoy; her parents, Palmer Andrus and Jennie Andrus; and her sister Lucinda Kennedy.

She is survived by: her son Larry; her siblings, Thomas, Brenton, Edward, Clifford, Bruce Andrus, Eva Herne and Mary Dundas; and her sister-in-law Aleda Andrus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.
