Though Sonja Danielle may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her father Donald Whyte. She is survived by: her spouse Dean Ballingall of Blackstock; her mother Patricia Whyte (Duane Clarke); her sister Paige Whyte of Peterborough; and her niece Nicole of Edmonton. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren.
