He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Windsor and Doris Windsor; and his son Owen. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chad, Stephen Jr., Ahsley, Randy, Deklyn, Trystan, Carter, Jayden, Daniel and Veronica; his great grandchildren, Lilly and Isiah; and his daughter Lillian.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home (53 Division St, Bowmanville, ON L1C2Z8). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
