He was predeceased by: his parents, Reid Cook and Rita Cook; and his sisters, Mary and Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Heloise Cook; his children, Robert Cook (Laura), Donna Broschak (Derek), Sharon Gilbank (Daniel), David Cook (Tracey) and Jennifer Turley (Robert); his grandchildren, Colin, Megan, Kale, Jordan, Kyler, Ethan, Liam, Amy and Jesse; his niece Debbie Walker; and his siblings, Bill, Lloyd, Alice, Helen, Margaret and Bonnie.
