Phelanda Hall Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 87, Phelanda Hall of Bowmanville, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Serran and Annie Serran; and her brother William. She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Fran) and Glen (Stephen Westfall); her grandchildren, Alexandra (Ross), Elana (Stephan) and Anthony; her great grandchild Miles; and her sisters, Margaret Peplinskie, Gertrude Pecarskie and Viola Cybulski. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
