She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Van Dyk; and her sibling Bert. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn (Curtis), Peter (Lisa), Mary Ann Roche (William) and Johnny (Caroline); and her siblings, Ryan, Anthony, John and Joanne. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
