“I have know Peter all my life as he was a very close friend to my dad Henk Kobes. Our families grew up along side each other as a number of the siblings were the same age. He attended many, if not all of our family celebrations in which the last was the birthday party of my dad’s 90th. Peter, and Rose, as well, have a special place in my heart and I will miss his kind heart and sense of humour. My condolences to the family who will miss their father, Opa, and friend.”
