She was predeceased by: her father Fred Sneed. She is survived by: her mother Marion Sneed; her husband Paul Richter; her siblings, Debbie, Richard, Charles and James (Megan); her nieces and nephews, Kristina, Michael, David (Danielle), Tamara, Jocelynn, Hunter, Kane, Eric, Nicholas and Cameron; and her siblings-in-law, Rose (John) and Fran. She is also survived by her family, friends.
