He is survived by: his children, Brandon Billings, Curtis Billings and Taylor Billings (Petra); his grandson Jack; his wife Lisa; his siblings, Bev Billings (Sherri), Helen Miller (Calvin), Joe Billings (Cheryl) and Joann Henry (Herb); his sisters-in-law, Linda Evans (Paul) and Laura Norton-Stephens; and his friends, Mike, Kevin and Mark. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews.
