It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Keith George Kelly (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelly and Margurite Kelly; his siblings, Lawrence Kelly and Donna (Gary Nesbitt); his brother-in-law Ron Westlake; and his in-laws, Ray and Betty Westlake.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Kelly (Westlake); his children, Jennifer (Mike Wiggans) and Kerri-Ann Kelly; his siblings, Nancy Kelly, Sue (Doug Tullock) and Terry Kelly (Brenda); and his in-laws, Michele (Steve Fowler) and Heather Westlake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home (53 Division St, Bowmanville, ON L1C2Z8).
