She was predeceased by: her husband Walter MacKinnon (Wally); her son Timothy Sutcliffe (Tim); her great grandchildren, Dulce and Kylie; her parents, Harold Burgess and Edith Burgess; and her siblings, Muriel Tennant (Morley), Bob Burgess (Gladys), Bruce Burgess, Diane Sallows (Ted) and Darlene Burgess.

She is survived by: her children, Melanie Woodcock (Steve), Jamie Sutcliffe (Sue), Teresa Kealy and John Sutcliffe; her grandchildren, Alex, Alicia, Brandon, Breanna, Douglas, Jamie, Valerie, Tyler and Robert; her great grandchildren, Miguel, Everly, Callie, Carter, Hunter, Summer Jean, Nate Fox and Curtis; her siblings, Betty Milner (late Charlie), Lorne Burgess (late Joyce), Dorothy Ross (late Earl), Glen Burgess (late Ave), Jim Burgess (Pam) and Mary-Lou Wright (Wayne); and her niece Tammy Burgess.
