It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Richard Payne in Bowmanville, Ontario, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Payne and Isabella McDevitt. He is survived by: his siblings, Albert, George, Stan, Billy, Ester, Doris and Hilda; his former wife Marie Payne; his brother Wally (Cathy); his daughters, Deborah Whelan Payne and Lisa Lynch; his son-in-law Tom; his grandchildren, Liam and Kieran; his stepdaughter Kelly Brennan (Michael Buick); his grandchildren, Rhianna and Molly; his stepson John Brennan; and his children, Cloe and Simon. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
