He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Booth. He is survived by: his spouse Coby Booth; his son Jeremy Booth; his stepchildren, Linzi Dubeau, Joseph Dubeau-Carter, Sherry Clarke, Jerrod Dubeau and Mark Dubeau; his grandchildren, Berlyn and Emma; his great grandchild Marcus; his brother Matthew Booth; his nephews, Alexander and Marcus; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Flonk (Marilyn Van Delden) and Trudy Bowman (Gregg). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

“I worked with Jonathan for years at S.R.T. MedStaff. He was incredibly smart, a true gentleman and scholar of all things quality and risk! Who else got trained by Demming himself. We had some great conversations and healthy debates over the years which carried on even after he retired. He always spoke fondly of his family and time at the lake and I know he will be terribly missed. My condolences.”
