He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Rand and Margaret Rand; and his siblings, Larry and Judy. He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Kaye Rand and Steve Davey; his nieces and nephews, Vincent Rand (Tracy), Patrick Rand (Curtis), Sean Rand and Stefanie Davey (Chuck); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Erica, Shane, Asher and Ryleigh.
