It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Welter (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on October 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anita; his daughter Jessica; his parents, Josie and Theo; his siblings, Annette (Don), Theo (Paula) and Colleen (Jeff); and his mother-in-law Audrey (late Russell Sr.). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and great nieces / great nephews.
