He was predeceased by: his grandfather Melvin Putnam; and his aunt Elizabeth Murray. He is survived by: his parents, Bradley Putnam and Janelle Murray; his grandmother Joan Putnam (Copeland); his cousins, Ryan, Stacey Putnam, Wayde and Anne Putnam; his grandparents, Mark and Joan Murray (Bruxer); his cousins, Carolyn (Murray), Patrick Kemp, Thomas Murray, Kate Moran and Josie Murray; and also, Mathew, Jared, Samantha, Adam, Rachel, Emily, Monica, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Joseph. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts.
