He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tugwell and Amelia Tugwell. He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Whalen; his children, Christine Whalen (Dana), Tim, Mike and Lori; his grandchildren, Caylee, Seth, Cassandra, Emma, Jesse (Kinda), Celine, Frankie, Rylee, Danika and Nikolas; his sibling Gay Loveland (Norman); and his great-niece Dana.
