He was predeceased by: his parents, Engel Mulder and Froukje Mulder; his sister Joanna; and his brother-in-law Tim. He is survived by: his children, Kristi (Tom) and Jeff (Alexis); his grandson Owen; his siblings, Trudy (Gord), Aeilko, Alice and James (Tina); and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by his family, friends.
