He was predeceased by: his wife Dorthy; his daughter Patricia Vienneau; his great grandchildren, Jordan and Theia; and his siblings, Jantje, Hindrick and Tjaart.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dianna Fillmore (Randy) and Sandra Chandler (Tim); and his grandchildren, Chris (Sherrie), Amy (Kody), Sara (Owen), Ben (Bernie), Laura (Nic), Erika (Aaron), Tim (Steph), Greg and Aaron (Sam).
