He is survived by: his girlfriend Wendy Hogg; his stepdaughter Bethany (Mike); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob and Logan; his sisters, Bonnie Colwell and Rosalie Polley; his nieces, Kimberly Glassford (Bill) and Tanya Colwell; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan and Baylee Glassford; and his father-in-law Oral Hogg.
