She was predeceased by: her husband Nick; her parents, Hendrik Jan and Jantje Meima; and her brothers, Jacob, Andy, Klaas and Piet.

She is survived by: her children, Jannette (Paul), Doug, Nancy and Helen (Regis); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Vanessa), Rachel, Adam (Amber), Ben, Jasper, Elliott, Antalya, Arthur and Penelope; her siblings, Derk (Roelie) and Geertje Oosterhuis; and her sisters-in-law, Trieni, Geertje, Sarah DeJong and Sadie Bakker. She is also survived by her family and many friends.

Memorial Donations made to Knox Christian School or Durham Christian High School would be appreciated by the family.
