He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Kirkpatrick); his children, Josh (Jess), Adam (Michelle), Mackenzie and Josie; and his siblings, Judy Hall (Ron), Cheryl Smith (Ted) and Bill Scott (Melody). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
