He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Tori Kay (Steve) and Andrew Smales (Frances Kerfoot); his grandchildren, Billy, Vivian Kay, Bicky, Lily and Sebastian Smales; his sisters, Patricia Evershed (David) and Christina Blizzard; his brother-in-law Dave Blizzard; and his children, Tiffiny, Mark and Connie.
