He was predeceased by: his father Doug Cook; and his sister Chareen. He is survived by: his spouse Tracey Loudon; his children, Tyler, Courtney-Kaytlyn (David) and Breison; his grandson Joshua; his mother Gloria Melanson (Mike); his siblings, Darlene and Doug; his mother-in-law Brenda Reber (late Ted); and his brother-in-law Jeff Loudon (Samantha Mills). He is also survived by his family and friends.
