He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gabona and Emma Gabona; and his siblings, Hilda Butler, Harvey Gabona and Robert Gabona.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl; his grandchildren, Soren, Baba and Orion; and his siblings, Evelyn Tindall (Lloyd), Sonya Lubbelinkhof (Dick), Betty Peel (Glen), Carol Sargeant (Earl) and Brian Gabona (Kathy). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to St. Paul's United Church.
