He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Vermeer; his children, Lisa Paul (Dwayne), Tanja Vermeer, Paul Vermeer (Sahar) and Faith Orrego (Chris); his grandchildren, Malcolm (Nicole), Emma, Marcus, Joshua, Jordan, Hanna, Kai and Isabella; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Elowyn.
