He is survived by: his wife Nellie; his children, Cary Winter and Curt Winter; his siblings, Randy Winter (Gail) and Katherine Winter; his mother-in-law Dorothy; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Jarmuth, Judy Carr-Tubman (Kevin), Jo-Anne Brown (Pug), Ellen Welsh (Thomas), Wendy Holkema (Joe) and Steven Carr (Rhonda). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
