He was predeceased by: his sister Jill. He is survived by: his wife Ruthe; his children, Kaiti, Paul, Adam, Alex (late Kyle), Tracy, Melissa and Mark; and his grandchildren, Margot, Lachlan, Ainslie, Jorja, Jasper, Maisie and Ava.
