He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce Adams. He is survived by: his spouse Tilly; his sons, Matthew and Aaron (Mallory); his sister Joan Ormiston (Garry); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Adams, Ina Burgess, Dirk Woudstra (Alison) and Ev Julicher (Jack). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
