Betty Mae Carter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Mae Carter (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on December 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Carter; and her son Earl Carter (Butch). She is survived by: her children, Sheila Rekker (John), Earla McKinnell (David) and Cheryl Maynard (Steve); her grandchildren, Shawn Rekker (Sharon), Jamie Rekker (Wannetta), Matthew Rundle (Sharon), Christa Strickland (Doug), Jason Rundle, Melissa Maynard Dale (Gord) and Vanessa Maynard Wight (Jody); and her pet Tuffy. She is also survived by her husband, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and of course her friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Bowmanville Hospital, the Legion Poppy Fund or Bowmanville Older Adults Association.
