He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Macken. He is survived by: his girlfriend Dolores Arnott; his children, Laura Ortiz (Edwin), Bernard Macken (Christine) and Shannon Smith (Ryan); his grandchildren, Scott (Jessica), Brad (Jodi), Jake, Erin, Kaylie and Lyndsay; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Tristan, Zachary and Savannah.
