He was predeceased by: his wife Velma; his brother Clifford; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred, Don and Allen.

He is survived by: his sisters, Evelyn Gay (late Robert) and Audrey Reid; and his siblings-in-law, Hilda, Jim Cochrane, Audrey Martin (late Milton), Lloyd Brown, Barbara Cochrane and Betty Cochrane. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
