He is survived by: his spouse Dana; his sons, Craig (Angela) and Jake; his parents, Don and Sally; his sister Cindy Nathaniel (Jonathan); his granddaughter Sofia; his brothers, Todd Perry, Les Penner and Scott Kerr; his niece Brittany; and his nephew Brandon Nathaniel.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Bowmanville Hospital Foundation, CLOCA Central Lake Ontario Conservation or Canadian Wildlife Federation.
