He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Kelly (McMaster); his children, Conrad Kelly, Bobby Kelly, Carol Jones and Lorraine Watterworth; his son-in-law Richard Vallieres; and his siblings, Alymer Kelly, Albert Kelly, Clarence Kelly, Roy Kelly, Ray Kelly, Della, Pearl and Myrtle.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Kelly, Ileana Kelly of Bothwell and Coreen Vallieres of Bothwell; and his siblings, Ralph Kelly of London and Velma Kelly of London. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations to Four Counties Health Services Foundation or the charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
