She was predeceased by: her husband Michael "Mike" Hack; her daughters, Debbie Vallieres and Marie Kelly (Jim Smith); her son-in-law Ron Vallieres; her grandson Robert Vallieres; and her brother Elmo Long (Kathleen).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Scott (Wendy), Jeff, Nicole Kelly, Danielle and Randelle Vallieres. She is also survived by her 13 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that everyone attending must wear a mask.
