He is survived by: his children, Jacob, Emma, Issac, Payten, Quinten and Ayva; his siblings, Calvin, Andy, Doug and Cathy; his parents, Marleen Storms and Allan Storms; his significant other Chantal Lachance; and his pet Bailey.
