It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Joan Marcil of Bonfield, Ontario, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on May 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edward Mansell; her husband Gaetan Marcil; her stepfather John "Big Daddy" Mason (Big Daddy); her son-in-law Michael Kowal; and her brothers, Bruce Mason and Kenneth Mansell.
She is survived by: her mother Joan Mansell (Cole); her daughters, Lisa Jones (Lucas) and Sara Kowal (late Mike); her adoptive children, Michael Hamilton (Marisa) and Bonnie Hamilton (Patrick); and her grandchildren, Mia, Sam, Cayden, Carter, Isabella, Katelyn, Rebecca, Robin, Ryan, Mya and Samuel. She is also survived by granddogs, as well as many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army or North Bay Regional Health Centre will be gratefully acknowledged by her family or do something nice for someone else in her honour.
