He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dave, Wilma and Lillian; his daughter Louise (Eric); his grandson Jason; and his parents, Alex Dupont and Aldea Dupont.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Levesque of Hearst, Ontario.; his sister Dorothy; and his children, Linda (Tom), Julie, Dave (Linda), Denise and Richard. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
