He is survived by: his spouse Linda; his children, Peter (Jennifer), Jeffrey (Carol), Diane (Roddy), Papa, Mitchell, Dean, Evelyn, Cedric, Ava, Mia, Andrea and Nathan; his parents, Ejnar and Sofie; and his sisters, Elsie and Inger.
