He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ken Mashinter (Dorothy), Evelyn Jennings (Roy), Lorne Mashinter (Ruth) and Bruce Mashinter (Lil). He is survived by: his wife Sarah Mashinter; his daughters, Barbara (Gary Watson) and Donna Beers (David Morano); his granddaughters, Heather Savazzi (Alex), Janelle Cavallo (Dino), Cheryl Suh (Henry), Sarah Topping (Tyler) and Christina Beers; and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Elijah, Taiven, Eden, Lili, Leo, Kaia, Isaac, Aaden, Elliott and Ivy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Egan Funeral Home (203 Queen St S, Bolton, ON L7E2C6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
