He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Velma (Chamberlain); and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his siblings, Grant, Jenny and Sandra Sklar; his nephew Kevin Chamberlain; his nieces, Rachelle and Kaitlin Sklar; and his great-nieces, April Ridley and Scarlett Sklar.
