She is survived by: her parents, Cordella Cave-Harris and Aaron Harris; her siblings, Zack Kolb, Kyla Fala and Cadence Skimming; and her husband Jon Hammer. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Egan Funeral Home (203 Queen St S, Bolton, ON L7E2C6). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
