It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Marguerite Button of Bobcaygeon, Ontario, who passed away on February 19, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Button; her daughters, Brenda Thurston and Donna Patchett (Dave); and her siblings, Roy Minaker, Ward Minaker (Mae), Clifford Minaker, Howard Minaker, Eileen Storms and Audrey Vernoy.
She is survived by: her children, Lance Thurston (Betty), Randy Thurston (Jean) and Cheryl Young (Mike); and her brothers, Angus Minaker (Marilyn) and Bruce Minaker (Audrey). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bobcaygeon Senior Centre (100 Head St, Dundas, ON L9H3H9).
