He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Elizabeth Hay; his brother Barry Hay; and his mother Hilda Hay. He is survived by: his children, Brad Hay (Cyndy MacFarlane) of Bobcaygeon and Valerie MacKenzie (John) of Bobcaygeon; his sister-in-law Ruth Hay of Bramalea; his niece Meaghan Hay; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle, Lindsay and Cameron; his nephew Jeff Hay (Liz); his great-nephew Patrick (Kate); his nephew Kevin Hay (Cindy); and his great-nephews, Michael and David.
