She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Thompson and Anne Thompson (Chamney); her sister Jane Bromley; and her parents-in-law, George and Eileen Haggitt.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Haggitt; her children, Chad, Candy Haggitt, Michael, Christa Haggitt, Leanne and Brett Martin; her grandchildren, Dylyn, Kalyn, Mia, Aliya, Kassidy, Koby and Addison; her siblings, John (Joyce Thompson), Murray (Doreen Thompson), Ellen (Ron Huya) and Julie Thompson; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn, Jim Blake, Carolyn and Paul Somerville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial donations to the Blyth United Church, Clinton Public Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
